PROCESS TECHNOLOGY : It is proposed to adopt conventional wet process technology to produce high quality Fine Bone China, Terra Porcelain & Electrical Porcelain Insulators. The Stone Ground materials are fed into ball mills via agitator tank screening to filter press & de-eairing pugmill. De-aired body shape as per drawing to automat. Shaped Insulators properly dried -glazed and fired at temperature 1280 degree centigrade for proper victification and electrical properties after firing electrical testing as per specification, Metal fitting as per buyer requirement. |
